  • No, I do not accept insurance. However, credit card payment is available for all services.

  • Yes. Sometimes it’s helpful for multiple family members to be part of the conversation. We’ll talk together about what makes the most sense for your situation.

  • That’s a great question! While I am a licensed therapist, Parent Pathways focuses on coaching. Coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented. Instead of diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, I help parents and families develop practical strategies, tools, and confidence to navigate everyday challenges.

  • Yes. Along with coaching, I share tools, readings, and resources that can support you between sessions and keep your progress moving forward.

Pricing

Initial Consultation
FREE

Before we begin, I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, talk through your questions, and see if coaching is the right fit for your family.

Intake Session
$190

Our first full session together is 60–90 minutes. During this time, I’ll get to know you (and your family, if applicable), set up your account, and create a personalized plan for moving forward. This is where we map out your goals and the strategies we’ll use together.

Coaching Sessions
$120-150

Coaching is most effective when done in a series of sessions. I recommend beginning with 4–6 sessions, after which we can reassess or continue as needed.

  • Single Session:
    $150 per session

  • 4+ Session Package:
    $120 per session

Payment is requested after each session.
